Since 1909

From newspaper editor to farmer.

Growing and innovating since 1909.

IN THE BEGINING

In 1909 William Naylor moved to work with his sister on her farm, leaving his job as a newspaper editor in Peterborough. He moved to the area permanently and soon after his son, Harold Naylor, was born.
Caring for the land, soil and its people was at the forefront of Naylor Farms operations from the very start. It’s this philosophy that helped form the values that underpin Naylor Nutrition today.

OUR HISTORY

“Of course it’s vital that we are forward thinking and led by innovation, however it’s equally important to acknowledge the experience and lessons learnt that are past down from previous generations.

These lessons are the foundations of today's knowledge and expertise.”

OUR ROOTS IN FARMING

“It is proven that family businesses establish a great competitive advantage with their longer term and sustainable outlook and their ability to adapt. I believe we have created an environment that is ‘family redefined’ where all are considered as family be they employees or customer..”
